From sustainability and infrastructure to talent, digitalisation, regulation and brand positioning—nothing will be left off the table.
Expect a programme that blends strategic depth with hands-on formats: think tanks, hackathons, live debates and collaborative sessions aimed at generating action—not just discussion.

Bringing together diverse professional perspectives, participants work to analyse, compare, and extract actionable conclusions.
The 12 Small Group Sessions are not isolated discussions. They are the first step in a connected process: the insights, frameworks, and conclusions generated directly feed into the Think Tanks on Day 2, where they are consolidated, challenged, and elevated into broader industry perspectives.
Each Small Group Session produces a structured output including:
- Context and industry challenges
- Key questions explored by the group
- Working framework used during the session
- Conclusions and strategic insights
This structured approach ensures that every conversation contributes to a collective, cross-industry understanding of the key challenges shaping the future of the sector.

WHAT MAKES THIS FORUM DIFFERENT?
Here, we prepare to lead the next chapter of yachting by turning dialogue into action.
Action over talk
This is not a forum of passive panels. It’s a working platform where participants engage, challenge assumptions, and leave with actionable outcomes that drive real change.
Co-creation formats
Think tanks and hackathons turn attendees into contributors. You’ll collaborate with peers to generate fresh solutions to real-world challenges—live, on-site, and in the moment.
Curated for impact
Every topic, session and speaker is selected with purpose—based on sector feedback, current data, and strategic priorities identified in the lead-up to the forum.
Beyond the Forum
The conversation doesn’t end in Palma. The Mediterranean Superyacht Forum is part of a wider year-round ecosystem, where insights, projects and partnerships continue to grow long after the event.
